A semi-truck transporting a load of bananas caught fire on Florida's Interstate 75, near mile marker 310 in Sumter County, due to a mechanical issue. The incident, which occurred at about 3 a.m. on Friday, was described by the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP) as "not an ap-peeling situation."

The truck driver managed to pull the vehicle over to the shoulder and stop, preventing any further complications. Fortunately, no injuries were reported in the incident.
